NEX Team Inc. provides a limited warranty period of one year for the Nex Playground and any accessories included with the original purchase. This coverage applies to defects related to materials or workmanship that arise during normal personal use, beginning from the date the product is delivered to the original buyer. The warranty is intended solely for the initial purchaser and is valid only when all outlined conditions are satisfied. Its purpose is to ensure that the product functions properly within the expected standards and to offer protection against specific manufacturing issues that may occur during the covered timeframe.

If a qualifying defect is identified within the warranty period and the appropriate procedures are followed, Nex reserves the right to determine the most suitable resolution. Depending on the circumstances and applicable legal requirements, the company may repair the product using either new or refurbished components, provide a replacement unit of equal or similar condition, or issue a refund that may be full or partial. When a replacement is provided, ownership of the new unit is transferred to the customer, while the returned or original device becomes the property of Nex. Any repaired or replaced product will continue to be covered either for the remaining duration of the initial warranty or for a minimum of ninety days following the service, whichever period is longer, unless otherwise required by local regulations.

To initiate a warranty claim, customers must contact the designated support channel and request assistance. Once the request has been reviewed and approved, detailed instructions will be issued regarding how and where to send the product. A valid proof of purchase is required to confirm eligibility, and the item should be packaged securely, ideally in its original packaging or an equivalent protective form, before being shipped to the specified return address. Items sent without prior authorization or directed to an incorrect location may not qualify for warranty service.

Customers should also be aware that the warranty process may involve technical procedures that could affect the data stored on the device. During inspection or repair, the product may be reset, reformatted, or updated, which could result in the loss of any stored files, applications, or personal data. It is the responsibility of the user to back up all important information before submitting the product for service. Additionally, software updates applied during the process may prevent reverting to earlier versions, and data recovery services are not included as part of the warranty coverage.

Certain conditions and types of damage are not included under this warranty. These exclusions cover issues resulting from everyday wear, improper use, accidents, exposure to moisture, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or repairs performed outside approved service channels. Components that are expected to degrade over time, such as batteries, as well as cosmetic imperfections like scratches or dents, are also not covered. The warranty does not apply to products obtained through unauthorized sellers, items used for commercial purposes, devices with altered or removed identification numbers, or any software and support services associated with the product.

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, this limited warranty replaces all other warranties, whether express or implied. This includes, but is not limited to, implied guarantees of merchantability, suitability for a particular use, and non-infringement. Nex does not accept responsibility for indirect or consequential damages, such as loss of data, loss of profits, or the cost of obtaining substitute products. Any liability that may arise is limited to the amount originally paid for the product. Suppliers and licensors associated with Nex do not assume additional obligations. In regions where certain limitations or exclusions cannot be fully enforced, the scope of liability will be adjusted in accordance with local legal requirements.
